Sanderson Jones – Taking the Pith in Oxford

Retain your sanity in an increasingly crazy world by mocking the nonsense around us. Sanderson Jones, co-founder of the worldwide Sunday Assembly movement, calls out the absurdity in modern life while encouraging social change for better living. He brings his exciting blend of comedy, education and life skills to the Old Fire Station on 10 April 2019 – Taking the Pith.

A chance to laugh out loud at the mad world we’re trying to change and at those of us that think we can change it. Jonny & The Baptists will be joined by Sanderson Jones and Bec Hill.

Join us in the bar for a pre-show party from 6pm to meet and eat together and then sit back and enjoy the show.

Tickets including pre-show party with home-made food from 6pm in the bar – £15; tickets for show only from 7.15pm – £12

Sanderson Jones hosted the launch event for Oxford Sunday Assembly in 2013 and worked closely with our organising team throughout. If you would like to chat with him about the achievements of the Sunday Assembly in Oxford, and perhaps the prospects for a reboot, this is your perfect opportunity.

The Old Fire Station was a wonderful venue for some of our best Sunday Assembly shows, Community in December 2013 and Discovery in March 2014.

We still keep the spirit of Sunday Assembly Oxford alive on our Facebook page:
